USA Jump Stars promotes jump rope as a means for creating a healthy body and mind. Our focus is fighting childhood obesity and heart disease while developing personal values, team spirit and sportsmanship through competition, live performance and fun. Bring a smile and we will teach you to jump rope.

Learn single rope, 2-person 1 rope, Chinese wheel, traveler, double dutch, and long rope skills.

Participants need to bring a water bottle and snack each day.

Participants should wear work-out clothing, good jumping shoes, and sunscreen. Bring water and snack to camp.

Jump ropes provided and available for purchase to take home.
