DescriptionScotts Valley Recreation is excited to be hosting a county
wide FREE Family Fun Day; partnering with park & recreation agencies
across Santa Cruz County to bring an unforgettable day. Each year, a
different agency hosts the Family Fun Day, and in collaboration with
“July’s Park’s Month” this year will be featured at Skypark!
Families from the entire county are invited to join a fun-filled day
of activities, entertainment, and hands-on experiences. This year’s
theme is Explore & Discover: A Day of Hands-On Fun. We are excited to
invite you to join us as a vendor at our Family Fun Day. Join us for a
day of fun, laughter, and community spirit! Mark your calendar and
spread the word—this is an event you won’t want to miss! We would
love for you to showcase your business, products, or services to
hundreds of families. Participation is completely free. Event Details:
Location: Skypark (361 Kings Village Rd., Scotts Valley, CA 95066)
Date: Saturday, July 19th Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Admission: Free
(Note: Some booths may charge for services) Participating Agencies:
City of Santa Cruz Santa Cruz County Parks City of Capitola City of
Watsonville Event Highlights: Fun-filled booths, games, activities,
bounce houses, music, food, and much more! Vendors Provide:
Interactive activity, game, or items for kids and families to engage
with at your booth Canopy for shade, 8x8 or 10x10 (recommended, not
required) Table(s) & Chair(s) Any additional supplies, advertisements,
materials you may need for your booth Terms & Conditions (please read
thoroughly): Exhibitors are welcome to share a booth space at Family
Fun Day. If you plan to share a space, indicate both groups so the
organizers can plan appropriate signs and publicity. No tables, chairs
or electricity will be provided. Park wifi is available Vendors must
bring ALL their own equipment. No selling of food, drinks or goods at
your booth, unless authorized by Scotts Valley Recreation. Scotts
Valley Recreation will assign spaces on the Skypark field (361 Kings
Village Rd.) Prior to event, organizers will send out an exact set-up
time and procedures for vendor parking the morning of. Exhibitors are
responsible for transporting ALL their materials to and from their
spaces. There will be NO parking or driving of vehicles on the Skypark
field. Please be ready to receive visitors by 10:00 a.m., maintain
your booth until 3:00 p.m., and remove your property by 5:00 p.m.
Booths are not to be left unsupervised during the duration of the
event nor broken down earlier the event end time. Scotts Valley
Recreation reserves the right to reject an application to participate
if the applicant does not agree to these Terms and Conditions, or if
the organizers determine that the applicant's participation does not
address the spirit of Family Fun Day If you have any questions or need
