The Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate invites you to attend its 29th Annual Real Estate Conference "Global and National Trends...Local Impact".

Dan Letter, president of Prologis will provide insights on major shifting factors which may impact real estate including tariffs, capital, energy, and global logistics.

Think AI is new? Think again. It has been with us for quite a while and the real estate industry has been slow to adopt. Hear from Jim Young, founder and CEO of Realcomm, as he and tech leaders discuss the current and future use cases of AI in the real estate industry and how it will change the way the industry functions.

Mark Cafferty, president and CEO of San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation will lead a panel discussion on the economic trends impacting San Diego's economy and real estate landscape. He will be joined by Tim Scott '96 (JD), president and CEO of Biocom California (tech/life sciences), Nikia Clarke PhD, chief strategy officer of San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation (global trade) and Cristina Hermosillo ’12 (MSRE), president of Tijuana Economic Development Corporation (Mexico) each offering insights into their respective fields.

Do I need a ticket for this event? There is no need to print a ticket to this event. Please check in by your last name when you arrive at the registration desk.

What is the dress code for this event? The dress code is business.

What are my parking options at the venue? Limited self-parking at the San Diego Marriott La Jolla will be available at a discounted event rate of $10 per car. Additional self-parking options will be available, with futher information to follow. Attendees are strongly encouraged to carpool to the event.

What is the refund policy? Refunds (minus the Eventbrite fee which is non-refundable) will be provided for cancellations received with written e-mail notification by March 20, 2025. No refunds will be provided for any cancellations after March 20, 2025.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable? Fees paid for attendance to the 29th Annual Real Estate Conference are transferable to another attendee of your choice with written e-mail notification to salu@sandiego.edu within 48 business hours of the conference.
