Baby Boot Camp is a fun, outdoor, prenatal and postpartum workout for
women of all fitness levels, led by nationally certified fitness
instructors. You'll get fit, bond with your kiddos and connect with
other moms while doing it. We use resistance bands combined with
cardio for a balanced, full-body workout, and there are always
modifications for pregnant and postpartum moms. Don’t worry if your
little one gets fussy, has a dirty diaper, or needs to eat during
class. You’re free to step aside whenever you need- we’re all moms
and we understand! Location: Roxbury Park in Beverly Hills (T, Th,
Fri) and Stoner Park in West LA (M + W). At Roxbury Park we meet on
the grass at the northwest corner of the park on the old putting
green. There is street parking on Roxbury and Spalding and also meters
around the park (be sure to check the street parking signs!) At Stoner
Park we meet in the southwest corner of the park behind the baseball
diamond- near the corner of S. Westgate Ave and Missouri Ave. There is
a free parking lot as well as ample free street parking (be sure to
check the street parking signs!)
