Yoga for the MindCome to learn Mindful Meditation and a new way to communicate.  Come in comfortable clothes.  On this morning you will learn to reduce your stress, free your mind and relax. See how this process can help reduce bullying in the workplace.  In hospital settings bullying is criminal as it compromises patient care.   Violence against women is a big concern for us.  The business world is filled with common masculine and often violent language and as a result we will explore and train in a way that allows people to feel more at home with their own communication.   We show ways for people to train themselves on how to conduct themselves daily through a system of Mindful Dialogue and Mindful Meditation. MINDFULNESS MEDITATION’S BENEFITS have been authenticated and recognized by countless source authorities including JAMA, Scientific American, Harvard Medical School’s Health Letter, to name a few.  Most Fortune 500 companies either require classes in meditation, or at least offer it to all employees.  MINDFULNESS MEDITATION is unique in that it is not directed toward getting us to be different from how we already are.  Instead, it helps us become aware of what is already true moment by moment.  We could say that it teaches us how to be unconditionally present; that is, it helps us be present with whatever is happening, no matter what it is. Whenever a woman speaks with violence in her words, she is giving permission for men to act the same way.  Once woman begins to communicate, in a way without violence, then men will need to deal with women on those terms.  RETRAINEDBRAIN CONNECTS TO TWO USEFUL SKILLS, MINDFULNESS MEDITATION AND MINDFUL DIALOGUE TO HELP MAKE PEOPLE BETTER INDIVIDUALS AND BETTER EMPLOYEES. -Light Refreshments will be served
