With more than 10 years of professional experience in China, America, Japan, and Europe, Yinuo has developed expertise in health system and reform, global health, pharmaceutical and diagnostic products, digital healthcare, and health financing.
Yinuo currently serves as the director of global policy and advocacy in China Country Office of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
Yinuo received the “Oustanding Women Award” during the “2016 Caixin Summit”.
She started her professional career at the Los Angeles office of McKinsey & Co. in 2005. From 2008 to 2013, she was based in McKinsey’s Beijing office. In 2011, she was elected a partner at McKinsey.
In 2014, Yinuo, together with Huazhang, started their own WeChat official account, known as “nulishehui”, sharing their personal insights and professional experiences. Today, “nulishehui” had been subscribed by more than half a million audience.
Yinuo is also the founder of ETU School, which was founded in China in 2016 as a result of her desire to revolutionize the education system in China. The school borrows the experience of innovative education models like the US-based Altschool in using IT to support education, and High Tech High in project-based learning (PBL), in order to provide a personalized education for students.
Yinuo has a B.S. in biology from Tsinghua University in Beijing and a Ph.D. in molecular biology from UCLA.
Mr Huazhang Shen

Huazhang is a serial entrepreneur in IT space. With a long startup history, Huazhang has developed unique skill sets that are crucial for today's startup environment.
Huazhang have lots of experience in hiring and managing software engineers and designers in China. He is also very interested in building a business that utilizes resources from both China and US to the fullest.
He is currently the co-founder of ETU School, and the community App “Magnet”, an online platform that enhances community communications.
As the co-founder and CTO of Kalading - one of the most convenient online platforms that provides auto maintenance services, Huazhang oversees the company’s strategy, product design and development, hiring and management of the IT division, and internet social marketing of the company.
In 2015, when Kalading was still a startup, Huazhang led the team to close a US$10 million series A round for Kalading.
Huazhang co-founded GeoWok and Golfii - which are companies focusing on the development of top notch Apps - in 2010 and 2012 respectively.
Huazhang graduated from University of Science and Technology of China and California Institute of Technology.
