Get ready for game-based fitness fun designed to support your child’s physical and mental growth! This action-packed class is a dynamic blend of ninja training and boot camp. Kids will develop strength, balance, flexibility, and confidence through exciting obstacles, interactive games, and fun challenges. With every jump, climb, and victory, they'll gain important fitness skills while having an absolute blast. Join us for high-energy adventures that keep kids healthy, happy, and moving! Note: The focus of this class is not learning and perfecting tumbling skills.

Attire – Girls: A leotard. Tight fitting shorts or pants may be worn over top. Boys: A shirt and shorts that are not too loose and can be tucked in. Leotards and more are available at Kinetics dancewear store.

Choreography for performances may be taught and practiced anytime. We are closed February 16, March 14 – 20. No regular class June 8 – 13 as we are at the theatre.
