Come along for a great walk in the MORNING AIR! We will be walking 3
miles. You can do more or less depending your fitness level. Come meet
some new friends and get a great workout in to start your day off
right!Walking is the most under-rated and most effective way to
prevent disease, lose weight, increase your happiness and confidence,
and improve your overall health and wellbeing!
Everyone is welcome! We aren t super fast power walkers, but we try to
go at a comfortable yet challenging pace. Get that body moving and
increase your health, energy, and vitality!
