Dear Ones, I’m delighted to add this new class to my Acupuncture Practice Wellness Offerings. This is my all-time favorite short and sweet Internal Cultivation Practice: The INNER SMILE.Please take some time and follow the steps to register with Zoom for this Inner Smile class (see link below in green) ahead of time so you can easily join class when we start. Even if you already know this practice, it is a joy to practice with other- join us : )! This practice is done seated, fantastic to be done right before bed to enhance sleep, cultivates mental focus, brightness and steadiness through all things, as well as internal organ harmony.
