Hello friends... hoping you are doing well and hanging in there in the
midst of this virus. Last week, we hosted this class via Zoom and it
was amazing to connect with so many people, both through yoga and in
conversation before and after. So we re at it again!What to expect: I
plan to share my practice with you all this Monday at 5:30pm PST and
8:30pm EST on a free online platform called Zoom. The class will be
free for all attendees and links to join will be given individually.
On Monday, I ll kick it off with a short welcome and chat, we ll flow,
and I ask that you stay through the end if you can for a short
dialogue on how to best equip yourself for staying healthy and strong,
emotionally and physically.
It ll be a grounding, stress-melting yoga class.
