CLASSES ON MARCH 22, April 12, April 26, May 10 and May 24. We will do
a 60-minute VINYASA FLOW, suitable for all levels, closing out with
restorative postures and breath work to chill out and get ready for
the week ahead.
Please bring a mat, water, and a mug for tea.
If you've never tried yoga before, this is a perfect casual
environment to reflect inward and release through movement.
This is a donation-based class, you are welcome to contribute before
or after the class if you are called and no one will be turned away
for lack of funds.
About me: I am a 200 Hour Certified Yoga Teacher and musician. I
follow the Ashtanga yoga method in my own practice and am trained in
vinyasa, restorative (yin), and children's yoga.
