Description AQUA STAND UP is the best total body workout on an
inflatable stand up paddle board. These fun and safe exercises are
designed to improve balance, stabilize the core muscle groups, and
increase cardiovascular endurance. The bonus, it’s possible to burn
up to 650 calories in the 45 minute workout! Must have at least 3
participants enrolled otherwise class will be canceled. Please contact

influence or in possession of, alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs,
or be in possession of weapons of any kind * Do not smoke. Smoking is
prohibited within Culver City facilities * If a patron fails to comply
with the above regulations, they will be asked to leave the facility
and their fees will not be refunded.
