Family Swim Monday, June 9 - Culver City, CA 2025

Description FAMILY SWIM WILL ALLOW FOR 5-6 swimmers per half lane from the same household in the same lane with all swimmers recreational playing in your half of the lane. *Lap swim will not be permitted in a FAMILY SWIM LANE. ALL SWIMMERS UNDER 48 INCHES TALL MUST BE ACCOMPANIED IN THE WATER BY AN ADULT OR GUARDIAN 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER IN A 1 TO 1 RATIO. • A 10-minute grace period is given for each hour. If registered swimmers are not checked in at 10 minutes past the hour, their spot will be given to a standby participant if there are standby participants.Registration InformationOne family member (the head of the household or parent) must log in to your account and register for a Family Swim time and day. Once enrolled in a Family Swim time and day, upon arrival at the pool, enrollee must pay for the additional family members. (up to 5-6 participants per registration). Finally plunge in and enjoy! ------------------------- Facility Use Guidelines: * If accommodations are needed, please consult with staff to discuss the best possible way if possible, to achieve them. * Lockers, indoor and outdoor showers, and changing rooms will be available for use; b e responsible for all personal items and do not leave or store any personal possessions at City facilities overnight * Properly utilize public restrooms and refrain from making a mess of City facilities * Participants must b e considerate and treat others with civility, courtesy, and respect, c onduct activities in a sportsmanship-like fashion by practicing fairness and honesty at all times, b e calm and patient and refrain from using abusive, obscene, threatening, harassing, insulting, or suggestive language with Participants or staff. * Do not engage in (or threaten) physical violence in any form Be properly clothed at all times: swimsuit while in the pool and on deck, shirt/top with pants/skirt and shoes/sandals while in lobby-DO NOT CHANGE CLOTHING WHILE ON DECK! * Do not consume, be under the influence or in possession of, alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs, or be in possession of weapons of any kind * Do not smoke. Smoking is prohibited within Culver City facilities * Fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. * “Family Swim” will be permitted in lanes 19 only. (All other lanes should have 3 swimmer per lane). * Pool Buoys and kick boards are available for use. No floaties, inflatable toys or floatation devices allowed. * If a patron fails to comply with the above regulations, they will be asked to leave the facility and their fees will not be refunded. NEW CANCELLATION GUIDELINES All refunds must be requested in writing. Refunds will be issued either in the form of a check, an account credit, or a refund back to the credit card of purchase and may take 2-6 weeks to process. Credit card transactions can take 2 to 5 days. Full refunds will be extended any time a program, activity or rental is cancelled by the City.PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES REFUND GUIDELINES:• No refunds, transfers, or cancellations will be granted after the second activity/program day.• Refunds/prorations will not be given for missed days nor may they be made up due to participant illness or absence.• Refunds requested at least 7 days prior to the start of an activity will be granted a full refund.• Refunds requested 6 days prior to and/or before the second activity/program day will be issued a refund less a 15% processing fee.
