Intermediate Hula Hoop Dance Class - Movement & Flow (Cupertino)

This is for the INTERMEDIATE HULA HOOPER WHO WOULD LIKE TO FURTHER ADVANCE IN OVERALL HOOP TECHNIQUE AND DANCE FOUNDATION. CLASS EMPHASIS WILL BE ON MOVEMENT AND FLOW. Gaining fluidity and control over one s hoop and increasing grace and poise of body MOVEMENTS. Moving your hooping from disconnected tricks into lyrical MOVEMENT WHILE EXPANDING YOUR REPERTOIRE.If the quarter has already begun please email me directly before dropping in: [masked] When: Every Wednesday from 7-8:30 p.m. Where: Quinlan Community Center, Cupertino Room: SOCIAL ROOM Fee: $9.00 Drop In (Call Office for Registration Fee, Resident and non Resident) (408)[masked] NOTE: Pre-requisit- Completion of Beginner basics, or any previous hoop class/workshops. Must be comfortable with basic hoop moves. Mastery of basic moves recommend (core hooping, hand hooping multi level, weaves, on to off body transitions). Drop in s will be available but strongly encourage registration of full quarter. Classes will be progressive and will build upon previous weeks curriculum. Hoops will be provided for in class use.
