The California Native Plant Society (CNPS) has been working with the
Natural Resource Division restoring natural areas and improving
wildlife habitat in San Francisco for over 30 years. The restoration
projects are held in some of San Francisco’s hidden areas with
wonderful views and a diverse assemblage of plants. Volunteers meet
weekly, every Wednesday from 12noon to 2:30pm. Anyone 12 years and
older are invited to join. Please be on time.
The projects are often on steep slopes and meeting locations
frequently change. Please wear close-toed shoes and appropriate
clothing for physical work. We will be at Mount Davidson every
Wednesday in October (October 6, 13, 20, and 27).
