WALK-INS WELCOME!The CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS' _California Transition Assistance Program_ (_CalTAP_) is a seminar for Service Members and Veterans who have decided to reside in CALIFORNIA AFTER COMPLETING THEIR MILITARY SERVICE. _CalTAP _serves to connect Veterans, Service Members, and their families with California specific resources to ensure their success in civilian life. Topics covered include: * CalTAP online * Introduction to CalVet outreach and the County Veterans Service offices * California Community Colleges, California State Universities, and the University of California * California employment outlook including private sector and opportunities with the State of California * One on one sessions with subject matter experts to answer specific questions about the benefits available to our California Veterans
