It was founded by Eddy M. Gana, Jr., Stephanie Sajor, and Janice Sapigao. Every first Sunday, we facilitate a safe space for marginalized voices to share stories and create genuine connections through the arts. Our organization's leaders are award-winning poets and community activists who have shared their work across the nation. All are welcome to sign up. Priority will be given to first timers for on-call. The mic will be open for every artist that would like to share and build a community with us! Open mic-ers have 4 minutes MAX. Strongly encouraged to provide copies of text for those hard of hearing and deaf. GUIDELINES We have only two COMMUNITY GUIDELINES: (1) Free speech, not hate speech and (2) Express, not impress. It's not about the snaps and claps. It's about sharing the love of your art. It's not about putting people down. It's about uplifting our communities.
