The ENCINITAS SPRING STREET FAIR IS A CELEBRATION THAT MARKS THE ARRIVAL OF SPRING, turning the historic Highway 101 into a bustling promenade of festivities. Typically spanning several blocks, the fair is a showcase of local businesses, artisans, and musicians.
