Description Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and
international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate
interval training. Health benefits include burning calories, boost
metabolism, aid in coordination, and my favorite: boost mood! Zumba
fitness feels more like a dance party than a workout - but you do get
