Welcome to our North County San Diego community psychedelic integration circle!  Late arrivals not admitted after 7:10pm.

COST: $15-20 suggested community contribution. Everyone is welcome!
This (approximately) every other weekly gathering on Wednesday evenings is a safe space to talk about non-ordinary states of consciousness that are induced by psychedelic substances or spiritual emergence. This is an open meeting (Must be over 18 years old to attend) for both inexperienced and experienced individuals, to offer and receive support to and from their community. Meetings include a talking circle and grounding group activities such as meditation and music. Complimentary tea will be served. There will be time to connect with other like-minded community members and with the facilitators. Group is led by Carol Benton, psychedelic integration & transformational coach & hypnotherapist (www.optimize.life) and Pete Kirchmer, mindfulness coach (www.mindfulnessbasedhealth.com). Depending on their schedules, one (occasionally) or both (usually) will be facilitating this circle.
