Park n' Play Workout and Stretch Fitbit Local San Diego

Remember when you saw a park and got excited? We still can! We are making the playground - a play gym! Think relays, walks, runs, and an open field to move, sweat, and get your steps in! Fitness can be fun, free, and as challenging as you need - all level friendly 40-minute game style workout with a 15-minute full body stretch (no mat needed) to reset your mind and body for fall.  Bring your H2O, sun protection, workout shoes, and leave the rest at home. Less is more - we'll show you! 
The park just west of I-5 between Cardiff By the Sea and Encinitas. Entry via Birmingham exits or Santa Fe.
Enter the park driveway off of Sante Fe Drive, west of Vons and Rite Aid. They will be on your left. Turn LEFT turn behind the Plant Power Restaurant. Follow the paved driveway behind the shopping center, past the skate park - and you'll see us! "
