In our Intro to Fine Chocolate Tasting course, you'll study the
history and cultivation of cacao, how it's crafted into chocolate, and
how fine chocolate is distinguished from industrial chocolate. With a
blind chocolate tasting of eight different chocolate bars we'll dive
into identifying the flavors and textures of each. You will quickly
be able to taste the difference in fine chocolates from around the
