Description A soothing yoga class designed to nurture both body and
mind. This class focuses on slow, mindful movements including gentle
stretches, strength work, and restorative postures. Each class
includes a guided meditation, and the course provides an opportunity
to explore various meditation techniques in a relaxed and supportive
environment. Emphasizing self-care and nervous system regulation, this
class is perfect for all levels!
Please bring a yoga mat and any other props (such as yoga blocks, a
strap, blanket, eye mask etc.) that you would like! $15 to rent a mat
for the full 5-week session. (If you forget your mat, you can borrow
one for free once.)
