A combination of movement, breathing techniques, chanting, and meditation, kundalini yoga is an energizing practice meant to invigorate the creative energy at the base of the spine.
Then, drop into a state of deep relaxation while practicing yoga nidra, or “yogic sleep.” Practiced laying down, this easy-to-follow technique is highly accessible and enjoyed by both beginner and advanced meditators alike.
