Meredith is an LA based corporate and private Yoga & Meditation Teacher who works with a diverse range of students, including those who are new to yoga and meditation, intermediate and advanced practitioners, college-aged students, and senior citizens practicing in wheelchairs. Her practice began in 2013, shortly after graduating from college at Indiana University when she was working as a technical recruiter in Chicago. After discovering meditation while living in Washington, DC she discovered the real benefits of unhooking from the mind and connecting deeper to the inner Self. After moving to California in 2016, she decided to leave the corporate world to pursue a path as a yoga & meditation teacher. Meredith has been extensively trained in vinyasa, yin yoga and yoga nidra. She's also currently enrolled in Loyola Marymount University’s Yoga Therapy Program.
Comfortable, loose clothing is recommended.
Classes are 45 minutes long. Blankets, cushions, zafus and water will be provided. Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and get situated.
