Calaca Mamas Cantina will be participating in Orange County Restaurant Week from March 5th through the 11th! The Day of the Dead-themed Mexican restaurant will feature menus inspired by Mexican food and culture. Guests are sure to love these special menus created just for Orange County Restaurant Week! Paired with handcrafted cocktails such as the Churro on Ice, La Flaca, House Sangria, Mora Mora, or Tipsy Pomelo– Calaca Mamas Cantina is the perfect place to discover Mexican cuisine with a twist!
The Lunch Menu includes:
Appetizers:
Eloté (grilled sweet corn, cremayo, tajin, cotija cheese, and cilantro)Taco In a Bag (Fritos, carne asada, cheese, and sour cream)
Entreés:
Dos Tacos Plate (chicken tinga, carne asada, served on flour or corn tortillas and a choice charra or black beans)
Carnitas Plate (crispy pork shoulder, tomatillo salsa, cabbage, pickled red onion, and cotija cheese with flour or corn tortillas and a choice charra or black beans)
Enchilada Verde (corn tortillas, chicken tinga, queso chihuahua blend, charra or black beans)
Desserts: Margarita Pie (graham cracker crust filled with lime chiffon and topped with candied lime)
Chocolate Sorpresa (Chef’s weekly chocolate surprise)

Handmade Guacamole (ripe avocados with roasted garlic, onion, cilantro, and lime juice, topped with queso cotija)
Flautas de Pollo (three flour tortillas, chicken tinga, chile rajas, queso chihuahua blend, honey habanero salsa, and cream)
Tots con Todo (tater tots, queso dip, carne asada, crema, pickle de gallo, jalapeño and guacamole)
Entreés:
Camarones al Ajo (shrimp, garlic, poblano, tomato, lime, and cilantro with your choice of flour or corn tortillas and a choice charra or black beans)
Carnitas Plate (crispy pork shoulder, tomatillo salsa, cabbage, pickled red onion, and cotija cheese with flour or corn tortillas and a choice of charra or black beans)
Carne Asada (marinated skirt steak, pickled red onions, salsa roja, cotija cheese and cilantro, and a choice of charra or black beans)
