The Ice Breaker Triathlon

ICE Breaker Triathlon The ICE Breaker Triathlon was first held in 2000 as part of the TBF Training Triathlon Class. In 2002 the event was opened to the public and is now in its 23rd year and is known as the best way to start your Triathlon racing season! The Swim for the ICE Breaker Triathlon and ICE Breaker Dash Triathlon will both take place at Folsom Lake. The run courses for the ICE Breaker Triathlons will be a scenic and enjoyable along the beautiful shoreline of Folsom Lake. The Ice Breaker Dash is a super sprint course perfect for first-timers. Included for each athlete is a swim cap, athlete goody bag, hot post race meal, and a pair of ICE Breaker Triathlon socks.
