Tired of the treadmill? Join the B U I L D community for a great
workout in a group setting. Our group fitness program provides a
variety of classes including mind/body, strength, and cardio. Each
class is designed and taught by certified instructor Traa.Classics.
Group fitness classes welcome individuals of all fitness levels. All
equipment is provided and classes are open to all fitness levels. No
previous experience is necessary.
