Description The benefits of strength training are many, particularly
as you grow older. In this program of predominately seated exercises
you will use lightweights and resistance bands to improve overall
strength and flexibility in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Basic equipment is provided. Monthly sessions and drop-in's available.
