EMPOWERMENT IN HEELS PRESENTS: Miss MARQUEZ'S MOONLIGHTING MENAGERIE By day they’re nurses, students, writers, paralegals, make-up artists, actors, and teachers. But on Tuesday nights and Sunday afternoons, they Moonlight as burlesque dancers. Each performer brings a different performing background, personality, and style to form our Menagerie of dancers. You do NOT want to miss the performances by (* for those making their EIH debut!): GOGO FUCKYOURSELF ROWAN THE BOAT STEVIE MINX MISTRESS JUPITER MAG D'LYNNE KINKY RED MAGGIE THRILLEM ALL MISS VELVET ROSE AURORA TARA LAVALLEY JACKIE DOORS OPEN at 8:00pm for a 9:00pm SHOWTIME. For those who wish to have a more interactive experience there is a limited amount of V.I.P. seats. V.I.P. seating is in a reserved area next to the stage, and is first come, first seated within that section. General Admission Seating is first come, first seated within that section. ***All seating is first come, first served, so if you are a group of two or more, get your seats EARLY if you want to sit together***! There is a full bar in the Three Clubs lounge, and a taco truck right outside the bar. Don't forget to bring your dollar bills, so you can tip the performers! New for 2020: Did you come to our shows last year and felt so amped and inspired you didn't want to go home? Well guess what? Once the show is over, the showroom will turn into a lounge with a DJ and dancing until 1AM! About Empowerment in Heels Empowerment in Heels welcomes all bodies, genders, and ethnicities. You can come in a thong and you can wear a hijab; you can dance barefoot or in 8-inch platform heels; you can fully participate, or only do what you are comfortable with. One thing is certain in every class-you will be supported and you are allowed to be yourself-however that may look for you. We offer three classes a week, and each class are $16! On Sundays we teach our All-Levels Improv-Based burlesque class, on Tuesdays we teach our Dance Technique for Burlesque class, and on Saturdays we now have our brand new Burlesque 101 class!
