RESISTANCE YOGA ENERGY TRAINING WILL PROCURE DEEP RESISTANCE
FLEXIBILITY FASCIAL STRETCHES, a powerful PSOAS RELEASE, AND VAGUS
NERVE ACTIVATION through sound.
The rESISTANCE YOGA stretches utilize a unique way of engaging muscles
through simultaneous tension and elongation that opens up both deep
muscular and fascial layers. Where simple static stretching or static
asanas are not targeted to access these layers, using the
Resistance Yoga method allows the ability to open up these previously
inaccessible layers.
The PSOAS RELEASE targets the deepest core muscle in the body and is
connected in the nervous system to the reptilian brain and limbic
system via the brain stem, which controls the fight-or-flight
response. The psoas release releases deep patterns of stress and
emotional trauma. By releasing this physiological system, this method
resets your brain and nervous system, opening a sense of calmness and
relaxation.
The VAGUS NERVE ACTIVATION technique involves sound humming technique
and different frequencies to activate the nervous system. These
sounds are to balance the nervous system.

ABOUT AMRIT
Amrit Daswani is a Los Angeles based fitness and yoga
professional and creator of Resistance Yoga Energy Training.
Originally from Mumbai India, Amrit began TRAINING IN FUNCTIONAL
TRAINING AND YOGA AT THE AGE of 16. This was in part motivated by the
death of his father, who died at the age of 49 due to diabetes and
excessive drinking. Having started yoga TRAINING AND MEDITATION WITH
HIS TEACHER from Rishikesh, Vinod, his entire demeanor began
transforming within months. He began to breathe better, make cleaner
food choices and look healthier. More importantly, he learned
to start seeing everything as an extension of himself.
Moving to California after graduating college was a shift that allowed
him to work on himself on a completely new level. He’s worked at
fitness clubs and yoga studios among the top physical trainers,
therapists, yoga and meditation teachers, putting in thousands of
hours of body and mind training practice. He healed his lower back
and shoulder injuries while developing Resistance Yoga.
Amrit’s purpose is to learn, discover and empower others to keep
their body and mind pain free and joyful. He’s healed multiple
clients of low back pain, sciatica, hip pain, stress and
emotional issues. While training athletes and elderly alike he
discovered, that if there's one body part that isn't working and
causing pain, it affects all other parts, including the mental,
emotional and energetic body. Besides movement and meditation, he's
learned the power of smiling and gratitude.

He's worked with prominent fitness professionals, yoga teachers,
organizations, celebrities and entrepreneurs including Sonam Kapoor,
John Travolta, Elliott Hulse. He’s been featured on TV in India, on
Tata Sky network, SONY Liv TV, Amazon Fire TV, the International Yoga
Festival in Rishikesh. Today, Amrit is sharing the Resistance Yoga
method, with training and treatments being held in Los Angeles,, CA.
