FB live workout with NP Fit Camps

** online class only **First off I just want to share a prayer of health and safety for you all. Corona virus is effecting a lot of people in forms of work, exercise, and health. So in response I’ve had to stop my workouts at the park, BUT..!!!! That doesn’t mean I will stop workouts. In fact this may be the time for me to step it up even more!! As of now my plan is to host LIVE online workouts via our Facebook page at 6pm PST, MWF. All the workouts will be done without equipment and are open to anyone and everyone (so yes you can share on your page or with friends) If you have questions, suggestions, or requests for exercises please let me know.
