Description Vinyasa class will teach students a flow-style yoga
practice that synchronizes breath to movement. This class will offer a
balance of strength, flexibility, and endurance to increase overall
health and wellness. The instructor will guide students safely in and
out of specific physical postures (asana) while incorporating breath
work (pranayama) to create a rejuvenating, detoxifying and
de-stressing experience. Beginner to intermediate level. Bring a mat,
towel and water. If the participant has special needs and/or requires
