San Diego Yoga Festival (SDYF) is an epic yoga festival on the beach
in Imperial Beach, San Diego. It is San Diego’s largest yoga
festival reaching thousands of holistically-minded (or curious)
people! Come to the fourth annual event as we celebrate humanity and
health offering nonstop yoga, meditation and healing classes open to
all people, of all ages and all levels of yogic understanding. There
is something for people who have never done yoga before, those just
beginning, those with a regular practice, and yoga teachers. The event
is four days and designed for people to experience as much or little
as the event they wish. You can purchase a ticket for 1 class, 1-day,
the entire weekend or all 4-days! The main part of the festival is on
the beach in Imperial Beach for two days: Saturday and Sunday, May 30
+ 31, 2020 from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM. We will have nonstop yoga, music, and
meditation. On Sunday, May 31 at 1 pm we will come together to try to
break the Guinness World Book Record for the largest partner yoga
class! We need over 2500 people so invite your friends! This class is
free. We will also have a world peace meditation on Saturday at 9 am!
With classes for kids and family yoga too all are welcome! The event
is family friendly and provides a free vending area for those who do
not want to take a class. In this vending area you can experience
reiki, massage, sound healing, cool shopping, and healthy food or just
stop by and listen to music on the beach with our live bands! We will
also have unique offerings like yoga on skateboards and surf lessons!
On Friday and Monday, there will be special master classes led by
internationally known yoga teachers: check out the website for
availability and the topics covered. These tickets are limited to only
50 people per class and will sell out.
