The purpose of this event is to equip the attendees with career management skills to improve their next job interview, job application, or career transition. The event will provide an overview of how company culture can impact career advancement, as well as tips for how candidates can finesse their story and stand out. The evening will kick off with lightning talks from product, engineering, and women in tech group leaders, who will share their stories, insights, and career management tips. Following the session, we will have a Q & A focused on mentorship and sponsorship led by each speaker so that attendees can gain targeted professional insights.
