**Role Overview:** As a CIT, you will play a crucial role in assisting
our experienced camp counselors in facilitating a fun and safe
environment for children aged 5-12. This is a fantastic opportunity
for individuals aged 15 and above who have completed at least two
seasons as campers and are ready to take on a more leadership-oriented
role. **Responsibilities:** 1. **Assist Camp Counselors:** Work
closely with our seasoned camp counselors to support the planning and
execution of various camp activities. 2. ** Guidance:** Provide
guidance to campers, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout
the camp sessions. A CIT may NOT individually supervise campers. 3.
**Role Model:** Exhibit positive behavior and attitude, serving as a
role model for campers in demonstrating respect, teamwork, and
enthusiasm. 4. **Activity Support:** Engage actively in camp
activities, helping to organize and lead games, crafts, and other
age-appropriate recreational programs. 5. **Communication:**
Effectively communicate with camp staff, campers, and parents to
ensure a smooth and enjoyable camp experience for everyone involved.
**Requirements:** - Age Requirement: Minimum 15 years old or older -
Prior Experience: Completion of at least two seasons as a camper in
