Cancellation Policy:1. Full refunds are not offered after the session begins. After this time, members may request a partial refund until the end of the 1st week of the session. The will be no refunds given after the 1st week of the season. 2. Please attach a doctor's note if relevant. Refunds will only be accepted through submission of email to Amyyfam@ymcala.org .3. Due to all programs being impacted there will be no make-up lessons for any missed classes by the participant. 4. If for some reason the instructor is unavailable and we cannot provide a scheduled class, we will conduct a make-up class. If you can not attend the scheduled make-up, please notify us at Amyyfam@ymcala.org, as soon as possible.
