Join us, as we traverse through the various gateways of the heart with
the aid of the CACAO SPIRIT, and ancient Mesoamerican Indigenous
wisdom. We honor the months of Tozoztontli (Central Mexican) and Mac
(Yucatec Maya) and focus on welcoming in more Gratitude, Healing, and
Transcendence. The ancient Yucatec Maya indigenous people honored the
elders of the community were honored, and performed various rites of
cleansing. For the Central Mesoamerican indigenous people, they
honored the coming rain, worked on healing illnesses, and overall
growth. The sacred beverage of choice at these calendrical feasts was,
of course, CACAO. We start with shamanic breathwork and meditative
journeying to begin to welcome the many gifts of the great spirit of
the CACAO, and observe ancient indigenous beliefs and meanings of this
sacred month. Once we cleansed and revitalized ourselves with shamanic
breathwork and this sacred brew of CACAO, everyone will be able to lie
down and receive the healing vibrations from a 45 minute SOUND BATH.
