If you don't have a mat, no worries! We have a limited amount of cork yoga mats for use (about 12 available). Alternatively, you can practice on a towel right on the grass! #earth I'VE NEVER DONE YOGA BEFORE, CAN I STILL JOIN YOU? 100% yes!
