Description Class Summary: Pre-Lunch-Burn program will consist of
various anaerobic and aerobic exercises to help achieve a higher
cardiovascular endurance level/ fitness level and muscular endurance
level. In addition, this program will emphasize on Progression
Overload Theory, meaning there will be an increase on intensity
leading to more demanding activities. Exercises may be performed at
the La Quinta Community Center Park or the inside facility. The class
will start with an introduction of the day. Followed by a well
prepared warm up, leading to exercises and closing our session with a
cool down. Participants will have a pre and post assessment to
determine and keep record of their progression. This fitness class is
perfect for individuals who desire to increase their fitness level and
are willing to participate in our rewarding exercises/activities. All
participants will be instructed to perform correctly and be provide a
great learning experience. In addition, this program will implement
activities which can help increase social skills, endrurance and
