A low impact fitness class that may help improve flexibility, build
strong muscles and improve activities for daily living. You will lift
light weights (bring a set of hand weights), use resistance bands and
exercise balls (provided by the instructor). A chair will be used for
seated exercises and standing support. Nutrition and Wellness topics
will be presented during the class. SilverSneaker students are welcome
to join. Please bring your SilverSneaker card to class. Students are
welcome to attend the class as a drop in for $5.00. + Google Calendar
