Dance for Her

DANCE FOR HER IS NOT JUST A WOMEN’s circle or a DANCE GATHERING. It is an initiation. A momentum. A collective offering to all the women who cannot DANCE, and to the parts of ourselves that have struggled to shine.Dance for Her is a space to connect with like-minded, like-hearted women. A space to show up exactly as you are. A space where you are seen, accepted, and welcomed in the truth of who you are presently. We will begin with a gentle somatic warm-up, followed by a one-hour women’s circle where we build connection, practice vulnerability, and learn somatic tools to reconnect with the wisdom of our bodies. This is where empowerment starts, from the inside out. After that, we will step into a nonverbal dance space, allowing the music to move us in ways that feel nourishing, authentic, and liberating. Twenty percent of all profits will be donated to a local nonprofit supporting single mothers in securing stable housing and employment. By showing up to this event, you are not only showing up for yourself... You are showing up for all women. Come join us as we gather in a space that is nonjudgmental, heart-open, and fiercely devoted to women remembering who the fuck they are.
