This camp is a balanced approach all aspects of baseball including:
Pitching, Stretching/Plyometrics, Fundamentals of Throwing & Catching,
Glove Drills, Individual Defense (infield & outfield), Team Defense
(throwing to the right base, cut-off, force out, etc.), Base Running,
Principles of Hitting (stance and swing) and Hitting Stations. There
will be a full kid-pitch baseball game everyday and the baseball
Olympics at the end of the week.
