The CLASS IS AROUND 1-1/2  hr., afterwards everyone can hang around near the indoor firepit to relax their muscles, and just kick back~ This a great way to learn yoga, try something new while meeting other members of the group in an intimate soft setting, that encourages freedom! In Tantra Yoga Meditation we harness the mental, the physical, and nervous energies of the body and put them under the domain of the will, which is the instrument of the soul. This technology precisely and consciously combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the autonomic nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purify the blood.
