Sacred Roots provides a perfect, supportive environment to explore your inner world whether you are a seasoned SOUND HEALING EXPLORER OR BRAND NEW! The first part of the session will be a Vocal Group Toning experience with guided imagery that will rejuvenate and balance the body’s energy centers. You will learn to use your voice for self-HEALING. Past sessions have included a mix of toning vowel SOUNDS FOR THE ENERGY CENTERS, bija mantras, mantras with melodies, chanting, call and response singing, vocal exploration, the six HEALING SOUNDS FOR THE ORGANS AND MORE. There is something different every month. In the second part of the session, LYNDA WILL PLAY HEALING TIBETAN SINGING BOWLS, crystal bowls, chimes, gong, tuning forks, flutes, handpan, voice, shruti box and more to help guide everyone in a relaxing SOUND & music MEDITATION.
