ORGANIZER DESCRIPTION:
The Countywide Fair Chance Hiring campaign is designed to raise
awareness among businesses of the benefits of adopting Fair Chance
Hiring practices. The County also offers incentives to businesses that
hire justice-involved individuals in the form of training
reimbursements and tax credits. Businesses who take the Fair Chance
Hiring Pledge will be assigned a case representative and receive
information on how to find qualified justice-involved individuals to
fill vacant jobs.
Thank you to our supporter the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator (LACI).
