Experience Breema, a practical, down-to-earth approach to being present. Join Jon Schreiber, DC, Director of the Breema Center in Oakland, CA for a special introductory workshop that orients us toward moving, thinking, and feeling in a new, yet totally natural, way. By practicing Breema's self-care exercises, partner bodywork, and Nine Principles of Harmony, we can become more grounded and refreshed, bringing us to the level at which we can be nurtured, rather than drained, by our relationship to our body, our surroundings, other people, and all life.
Practicing Breema helps you to establish a relationship to the Nine Principles of Harmony. These universal Principles can be applied to other bodywork or movement practices, and support your interactions with clients, patients, colleagues, friends and family members. The atmosphere of a Breema workshop is accepting, deeply rejuvenating—and both playful and profound.
Breema is a floor-based practice. Please wear comfortable clothes.
This introductory class will be from 4:30-6:30, with complimentary Breema Bodywork sessions from 4-4:30 and 6:30-7.
