Community Workshop Danila Cervantes: floreciendo juntos

Los Angeles Municipal Art Gallery (LAMAG)
for a community gathering where participants are invited to reflect on what is flourishing in their lives through a collective walk along a labyrinth installation inspired by
Danila Cervantes
’ spiraling animations and cycles of life and death explored in their work. The experience culminates in an art-making activity where folks will craft personal illustrations on traditional amate paper using a variety of materials to express what they hope to nurture and celebrate in their lives. We hope this experience will leave you with seeds of inspiration and appreciation for what is already present and blooming in your life.
