TOUGHT TWO IS A 2 MILE, 25+ obstacle course that is run by teams of
2. TOUGH TWO IS A FUNDRAISER FOR LOS OSOS MIDDLE SCHOOL. With your
entry fee, participants get an event t-shirt, and gift bag. Come out
and see if you're TOUGH ENOUGH!Friday, October 18th event is open to
schools only. Saturday, October 19th the event is OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC.
Please note that all tickets (except for family package) are sold
individually. Tough Two is run by teams of 2 so each particpant will
need to pay an entry fee (except for Family tickets, 1 ticket is for
team of 2 people-mix of 1 adult and 1 child ages 8 to 12).
Student = $20/participant
Adult = $40/participant
Family Team = $50/team of 2 (this is a combo of 1 adult and 1 child
ages 8 to age 12).
FAQS
ARE THERE ID OR MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER THE EVENT?
Tough Two organizers recommend that participants be at least 10 years
of age, but if parents/guardians believe their younger child is able,
and will be running with an adult partner organizers will allow it.
HOW DIFFICULT IS THE COURSE, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
The Tough Two is a two mile course containing walls from 4 feet to 10
feet tall, crawls through water and sand, and other mental and
physical challenges. The course is desigend to challenge anyone from
middle school to adult and usually takes between an hour and a half to
complete.
HOW MANY PEOPLE PER TEAM? CAN I RUN IT ON MY OWN?
2 people make a team for the Tough Two. However, the course is all
about building teamwork and overcoming obstacles so at times you may
be required to work with other teams to complete an obstacle or
challenge.
DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE ALL OF THE OBSTACLES?
Participants are encouraged to try to complete all of the obstacles
but can also go around any obstacles they don't feel comfortable
completing.
WHAT ARE MY TRANSPORTATION/PARKING OPTIONS FOR GETTING TO AND FROM THE
EVENT?
There are two parking lots avialable at Los Osos Middle School.
There is a small dirt lot located near the field where the event
starts. There is also the regular, paved school parking lot
available. Parking is free.
WHAT CAN I BRING INTO THE EVENT?
We recommend that you bring a change of clothes to the event. You
will most likely get dirty and/or wet during your run through the
obstacle course. Also, you can bring money to spend at one of the
food trucks that are sponsoring the event. You are also welcome to
bring your own food and snacks.
Participants are also encouraged to show their team spirit by wearing
team shirts, or costumes. There will be prizes for the teams with
the most spirit!

DO I HAVE TO BRING MY PRINTED TICKET TO THE EVENT?
If purchasing tickets online, yes, please print out and bring your
ticket with you. This will save you time in during the check-in
process. However, if you forget, there will be a "Tickets purchased"
list available at the check-in table.
IS MY REGISTRATION FEE OR TICKET TRANSFERRABLE?
If you are transferring your ticket to another participant, please
make sure to tell the check-in table. The person actually
participating may have to complete a new liablitly waiver at check-in.
