Description Redlands Recreation to host Bollywood Dance with Lalitha Raaj! The City of Redlands Recreation Division is pleased to offer Bollywood Dance for ages 15 and up every Friday from 5:00p.m. – 6:00p.m. Located at the Gonzales Community Center on 111 W. Lugonia Ave. These classes are generously offered through the City of Redlands and taught by Lalitha Raaj. Bollywood Dance is a colorful, Dynamic and highly theatrical dance style seen in Indian Films. It is a combination of traditional Indian classical dance, Indian folk dance while also incorporating more Latin and Contemporary western forms such as salsa, hip hop, jazz and funk. It is also an effective way to tone muscles, build endurance and increase strength. Learn fun Choreography and dance just like a movie star. with no prior dance experience necessary, it is the perfect way to express yourself freely and connect with others.
